OUR STORY

 

Håfa Adai and hello! Welcome to Latte Stone Brewing Co.! Latte Stone Brewing Co., pronounced LAT-tee, not LAH-tay, started with Ryan and Jennifer DiGiacomo a husband and wife couple with a passion for food, beer, and good times. Ryan's mother and family live in Guam, he spent almost 10 years of his adult life in Guam running a bar/restaurant, and food truck. In 2015 he returned to his hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and shortly after married Jennifer, his high school sweetheart. They have two young boys together...you will see them running around the brewpub and beer garden from time to time.

In 2020, after years of ideas and talking Latte Stone Brewing Co. was born. Shortly after, Ryan and Jennifer moved their family along with Jennifer's parents to Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin to start renovations on the current home of the brewpub. The premise behind the brand of Latte Stone Brewing Co. is to educate about the island of Guam, a US territory, and it's importance to the USA.

You will see that our menu is chesa (chess-ah), or tapas style. All menu items are made fresh, from scratch daily by Ryan. The beer started with home brewing. It's brewed by Ryan and Jennifer together on a one barrel system. All beer is named for a part of Guam culture with intent to bring awareness of the Chamorro (CHA-more-row) culture to the mainland. We're no experts, we just love beer and have a great time brewing together. We hope you enjoy our brews and our food and learn a little bit about the island of Guam while you're here. We're glad you found us and hope you stop in to see us soon. Biba!
